Shipping Policy

Most orders received before 1PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock and does not require custom striping or re-spooling.

 Orders are processed in the following order:
 1. Overnight domestic and express international orders
 2. 2nd day domestic and expedited international orders
 3. Ground, 3-day select
 4. USPS,please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing, same day shipping is not guaranteed with this shipping method.

Most orders received after 1:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays except by prior arrangement. Therefore, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Prowireusa or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Prowireusa recommends UPS or FedEx shipping options inside of the United States.
Prowireusa offers insurance coverage on all packages shipped via UPS or FedEx for up to 100$. If additional insurance is required, don't hesitate to contact us with your order number before shipping. In the event of loss or damage, Prowireusa will replace or refund your purchase up to the insured amount.
Prowireusa offers several different domestic shipping options, including UPS and FedEx.
Prowireusa Also offers USPS priority mail as a low-cost shipping option for orders under $50.

If you received an incorrect item because of mispacking by Prowireusa, we will send you the correct item/s with a prepaid shipping label to send back the incorrect item/s. To ensure we receive the incorrect item/s back, we will invoice for the items being sent out, and once the incorrect item/s is returned, we will issue a full refund for those item/s.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled if the order has not been processed or any material has been cut to length. However, once the order has been invoiced, we are not able to cancel the order.


All international orders are sent out with the buyer paying the import duties and taxes

Please consider that USPS Priority/Express Mail offers little to no tracking outside the United States when choosing your international shipping options.
USPS shipping services do not carry insurance once the package leaves the United States.
If, for any reason, your parcel is held up in customs, lost, or damaged in transit, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase.

We HIGHLY recommend using UPS or FedEx for your international shipping. When using UPS or FedEx, you are covered 100 %, and the package is fully trackable from Prowireusa to your destination.
Prowireusa's default international shipping option is UPS Expedited. If you still choose to ship via USPS, please understand you are sending this at your own risk, and Prowireusa is not responsible for damage, loss, or customs delay's once the package leaves the United States.
Prowireusa shipping charges are for the package's shipping only and do not include customs or duties imposed by your country's customs agency.

UPDATE 5/22 we no longer offer USPS international services due to very unreliable service

Duties/Brokerage Fees:

Shipping charges do not include duties, import, and brokerage fees assessed by any foreign country or courier. Please keep these potential fees in mind when choosing your shipping option.

Package Refusal:

Any package refusal due to the failure or unwillingness to pay brokerage and import duties will be charged up to 150% of the original shipping fee due to the costs incurred by package refusal.

Backordered Items:

If an item is out of stock at the time of order, we will contact you to give the following choices:

  1. Hold the order and ship complete.
  2. Partial shipment additional shipping fees will be assessed for each back order shipment.
