Aptiv (Delphi) GT 150 Sealed Connectors
The Aptiv (formerly Delphi) GT 150 Series is a compact, sealed connection system built around 1.5 mm tangless terminals with one of the lowest mating forces in the industry. A pump-handle primary lock, terminal position assurance (TPA) and single wire seals make it a common choice for engine sensors, lighting and harness connections where space is tight.
- Sealed housings from 2 to 16 ways, black, inline / free hanging
- Wire range 22-16 AWG (0.35-1.0 mm²)
- Up to 15 amps per terminal
- Temperature range -40°C to +125°C
- 4.5 mm terminal spacing, 1.5 mm blade
- Tin plated terminals; GT terminals are USCAR compliant
Building a GT 150 connector
Each connector half needs a housing, its TPA, one terminal and one wire seal per wire. The female housing (plug) takes female terminals and mates with the male housing (receptacle), which takes male terminals. The same TPA fits both halves.
