Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 7 days of receipt unopened and unused, along with a copy of the sales receipt that you received for your order.
Items that are returned from 8 to 30 days after shipping must be retuned unused and unopened, along with a copy of the sales receipt and are subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of the purchase price of the item. ProWireUSA cannot refund the initial shipping charges or the price of the return or exchange shipping.
First call ProWireUSA @ 619-440-9473 to obtain a Return Authorization number. All shipments being returned must have the Return Authorization number marked on the outside of the box. ProwireUSA does NOT cover the cost of return shipment to us.
