In the summer of 1990, PROWIRE MOTORSPORT ELECTRICS, originally named Auto Concepts, began in a small one car garage in Glendale, California. Slowly, we built a solid clientele and created a foot hole in the off-road racing industry.

Thanks to our original customers such as Penhall Fabrication, Porter Race Cars, and Donahoe Racing, to name a few, we moved into a 1500 sq. ft. shop located in Attwater Village, California in October 1993.

As the company grew, so did our notoriety, as our name quickly became known for superior wire looms in racing applications. In 2006, PROWIRE relocated to El Cajon, California, known as the mecca of off-road racing, to better service our customers. In addition, a state of the art mobile workstation was added to the PROWIRE family, used to provide service on site, anywhere in the nation - a service that has never before been seen in the industry.

PROWIRE has been involved with off-road racing now for over 15 years, and has been recognized as a leading force against similar competition. With quality work featured in several magazines such as Hot VWs, Offroader, and DIRTsports, as well as television shows like Monster Garage and Biker Build-Off, PROWIRE is a prominent company showing no signs of slowing down as we launch our highly anticipated website and online store in 2007.
